• Reproduces or imitates copyrighted music, songs, or recordings;
• Violates any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others;
• Contains harmful audio content designed to damage hearing or cause distress;
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred;
• Impersonates any artist, musician, or entity or misrepresents your affiliation;
• Contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Disclaimer

The AI music generation service is provided on an 'as is' basis. Aylan Apps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated music tracks. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI-generated music tracks may not always match your expectations, and results can vary. Each generated track is a maximum of 30 seconds in duration. We are not responsible for any creative, commercial, or personal outcomes based on generated music tracks.

All generated music tracks contain an invisible SynthID watermark identifying them as AI-generated audio.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Aylan Apps or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, business interruption, or claims related to generated content) arising out of the use or inability to use AI Music Generator.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of music tracks you generate. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized usage data and non-identifiable generated content samples to improve our AI models and services. All generated tracks contain a SynthID watermark and are limited to a maximum of 30 seconds per track.

8. Content Moderation

We employ automated systems to detect and prevent the generation of prohibited audio content. Attempts to generate inappropriate content may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Modifications

Aylan Apps may revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By using AI Music Generator, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
