MO Letter

These Terms govern your use of MO Letter, operated by Aylan Apps. By using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

MO Letter uses AI to draft cover letters, CV wording, follow-up emails, and interview-preparation packs from a job offer and the background you provide, and formats them as PDFs.

Everything it produces is a draft you are expected to read and edit. AI models can be wrong, can invent details, and can misread an offer — the facts about your own experience are yours to verify before you send anything to an employer. Nothing in the app is career, legal, or employment advice, and we do not promise interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome, nor that a document will pass any particular applicant-tracking system.

2. Free tier, Pro, and payment

• The app is free to use, with a limited lifetime allowance of AI generations and a subset of the export templates.
• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that lifts those limits. It is billed by the App Store or Google Play, and renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time in your store subscription settings — the app links you there directly. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you already paid for.
• Prices and the exact contents of each plan are shown in the app before you buy, and may change for future periods with notice.
• Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in the store first.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the CVs, job offers, and text you provide, and you may use the generated documents freely, including for real job applications.
• You grant us the licence needed to store and process that content in order to run the service — which includes transmitting it to our AI provider to produce your documents.
• You must have the right to upload what you upload. Do not paste other people's personal data, confidential documents belonging to an employer, or unlawful content.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send to employers. Do not use the app to misrepresent your qualifications.

4. Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to bypass the free-tier limits or the fraud checks, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping of the API, no generating unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Availability and liability

The service depends on third-party AI providers and is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

6. Termination

You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
