Redo Room

You can permanently delete your Redo Room account and all associated data directly in the app — no email or support ticket needed.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Redo Room and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, username, sign-in links to Apple / Google).
• All room photos you uploaded.
• All generated images, layers, and project history.
• Your credit balance and ledger.
• Device tokens and notification preferences.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Remaining credits are forfeited on deletion.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play. Cancel there first (the app links you directly to the right screen in Settings → your plan).

Can't access the app?

Email contact@aylantech.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
