Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Redo Room, operated by Aylan Apps. By using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

Redo Room generates AI visualizations of redesigned rooms from photos and instructions you provide. Results are creative renderings for inspiration and entertainment. They are not architectural plans, measurements, structural advice, or professional interior-design services, and real-world results (colors, dimensions, product availability) will differ.

2. Credits, subscriptions, and refunds

  • Actions cost credits at the prices shown in the app before you confirm.
  • The free tier grants daily credits at full quality, refreshed every 24 hours.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases; Pro is an auto-renewing subscription managed by the App Store / Google Play. You can cancel anytime in your store subscription settings — the app links you there directly.
  • If a generation fails, the credits it cost are refunded automatically and the refund is visible in your credit ledger. If only part of a generation fails, the failed share is refunded.
  • Store purchases themselves are refunded per Apple's / Google's policies.

3. Your content

  • You keep all rights to the photos you upload and may use generated images personally and commercially, to the extent permitted by law.
  • You grant us the license needed to process, store, and display your content to you and to operate the service (including transmitting photos to our AI provider for generation).
  • You must own or have permission to use the photos you upload, and you must not upload photos of identifiable people without their consent, or unlawful content.

4. Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to bypass credit limits or fraud checks, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping of the API, no generating unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Availability & liability

The service depends on third-party AI providers and is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

6. Termination

You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
