Sunstop

This page explains how to delete your Sunstop account and what happens to your data. It is published here, as Apple's App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play's account deletion policy require, so you can find it without installing the app.

How to delete your account

Inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Sunstop and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out immediately and deletion completes within minutes.

By email (if you cannot sign in)

Email support@aylanapps.com from the address on your account with the subject line:

Delete my Sunstop account

We complete email-based deletions within 7 business days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email or sign-in link, username, password hash, tokens).
• Your synced skin profile (skin type, goal, SPF, vitamin D target).
• Every synced sun session.
• Your push token, alert settings and the rounded location kept for alerts.
• Our copy of your subscription state (the App Store / Play Store record is theirs).

Deletion is immediate in our database and propagated to backups within 30 days.

What we may keep

• Payment records required for accounting and tax, without the link to your identity beyond what the law requires.
• Crash logs for 90 days in Firebase Crashlytics. They contain no personal data.

Cancelling a subscription (separate from deletion)

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription billed by Apple or Google. To stop the charge:

• iOS: Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions, Sunstop, Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Play Store, Subscriptions, Sunstop, Cancel.
