Delete Your Account - AI Outfit Try-On

You can permanently delete your AI Outfit Try-On account and all associated data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account information (email, profile details, settings)
  • All uploaded photos and clothing images stored on our servers
  • Generated try-on results and saved outfit combinations
  • Try-on history and session records
  • Free try-on credits and usage data
  • Preferences and saved favorites
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Primary Method)

Follow these steps to delete your account directly from the app:

  1. Open the AI Outfit Try-On app on your device
  2. Go to Settings or Profile section
  3. Tap on "Account Settings"
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Read the warning and tap "Confirm Deletion"
  6. Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Option 2: Email Request (Alternative Method)

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to: support@aylanapps.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - AI Outfit Try-On"
  3. Include in your message:
    • Your registered email address
    • Your username (if applicable)
    • Reason for deletion (optional)
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you cannot recover your account, photos, try-on results, or any associated data.
  • Downloaded try-on results on your device will remain unless you manually delete them. Account deletion only removes data from our servers.
  • Subscription cancellation does not delete your account. You must specifically request account deletion using one of the methods above.
  • If you have an active subscription, we recommend canceling it first in your device settings (App Store or Google Play), then delete your account to ensure no future charges.
  • Free try-on credits are non-transferable. If you create a new account, you may be eligible for 3 new free try-ons.

Canceling Your Subscription

Before deleting your account, you may want to cancel your subscription:

For iOS Users (App Store):

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select AI Outfit Try-On
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android Users (Google Play):

  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select AI Outfit Try-On
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions
