1. Terms

• Contains explicit adult content involving minors;
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred;
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation;
• Contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Disclaimer

The AI virtual try-on service is provided on an 'as is' basis. Aylan Apps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of try-on visualizations. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI-generated try-on results may not always perfectly represent how clothing will look in real life. Results can vary based on photo quality, lighting, and other factors. We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions or outcomes based on virtual try-on results.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Aylan Apps or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, business interruption, or claims related to generated content) arising out of the use or inability to use AI Outfit Try-On.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload and try-on results you generate. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized usage data and non-identifiable generated content samples to improve our AI models and services.

Commercial usage rights for generated try-on results are granted only to users with an active paid subscription.

8. Content Moderation

We employ automated systems to detect and prevent the generation of prohibited content. Attempts to generate inappropriate content may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Photo Upload Responsibilities

By uploading photos to AI Outfit Try-On, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use and process the photos you upload;
• You have obtained consent from any individuals appearing in the photos;
• The photos do not violate any third-party rights;
• You will not upload photos of minors without proper parental consent.

10. Modifications

Aylan Apps may revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By using AI Outfit Try-On, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
