Delete Your Account - GlowUp AI Skin Tracker

You can permanently delete your GlowUp AI Skin Tracker account and all associated data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account information (email, profile details, skin type preferences)
  • All skin scan photos stored on our servers
  • All scan results, scores, and AI analysis data
  • Your skincare routine products and check-in history
  • AI-generated goal images
  • Usage data and preferences
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Primary Method)

Follow these steps to delete your account directly from the app:

  1. Open the GlowUp AI Skin Tracker app on your device
  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Read the warning and tap "Delete Account" to confirm
  6. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately

Option 2: Email Request (Alternative Method)

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to: support@aylanapps.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - GlowUp"
  3. Include in your message:
    • Your registered email address
    • Your username
    • Reason for deletion (optional)
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you cannot recover your account, scan photos, analysis history, or any associated data.
  • Subscription cancellation does not delete your account. You must specifically request account deletion using one of the methods above.
  • If you have an active subscription, we recommend canceling it first in your device settings (App Store or Google Play), then delete your account to ensure no future charges.

Canceling Your Subscription

Before deleting your account, you may want to cancel your subscription:

For iOS Users (App Store):

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select GlowUp AI Skin Tracker
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android Users (Google Play):

  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select GlowUp AI Skin Tracker
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions
