The AI skin analysis service is provided on an 'as is' basis. Aylan Apps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated skin scores, concern detection, or recommendations. Results can vary based on lighting, photo quality, and other factors.
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI analysis results, including skincare product purchases or routine changes.
In no event shall Aylan Apps or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, business interruption, skin damage from product recommendations, or health-related claims) arising out of the use or inability to use GlowUp AI Skin Tracker.
Some features of GlowUp AI Skin Tracker require a paid subscription or credits. Free users receive a limited number of scan credits per month. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Important: Canceling your subscription does not delete your account. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please visit our Account Deletion page.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. We use your photos solely for the purpose of providing AI skin analysis. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI models. Photos are stored securely and can be deleted at any time.
AI-generated goal images (showing potential skin improvement) are artistic visualizations and do not guarantee actual results.
Aylan Apps may revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By using GlowUp AI Skin Tracker, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
