Bass Tuner

These terms apply to your use of the Bass Tuner app, published by Aylan Apps. By installing or using the app you accept them.

The app

Bass Tuner is a practice tool: a tuner for 4, 5 and 6 string bass with alternate tunings and an intonation check. It is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising.

Advertising and unlocked features

The app shows ads. Some features can be unlocked for a limited session by choosing to watch a video ad. An unlock is temporary, has no monetary value, cannot be transferred and is granted only when the video has been watched to the end. If no video is available, the feature stays locked until one is.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app
• Do not interfere with the app or with the ads it shows, for example with automated clicks

Intellectual property

The app, its design, sounds and content belong to Aylan Apps or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app, and nothing more.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that its readings will meet the needs of any professional or critical use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aylan Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, or from being unable to use it.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Apple devices

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
