These terms apply to your use of the Rimtune app, published by Aylan Apps. By installing or using the app you accept them.
Rimtune is a drum tuning tool: it measures the tone near each tension rod and the note of a drum, and keeps your kits on your device. Tuning rods and notes is free on every drum.
Rimtune Pro is a one time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks saving every drum of a kit, several named kits, setting the resonant head from the batter head, tom spacing and the strike spectrum. It is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, whose terms govern payment and refunds. It belongs to the store account that bought it and can be restored on another device signed in to that account.
The app, its design and content belong to Aylan Apps or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app, and nothing more.
The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that its readings will meet the needs of any professional or critical use.
To the extent the law allows, Aylan Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, or from being unable to use it.
We may update the app and these terms. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
