Delete Your Account - HairAI - AI Hair Studio

You can permanently delete your HairAI - AI Hair Studio account and all associated data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account information (email, username, profile details)
  • All selfie photos uploaded to our servers
  • All AI-generated hair transformation images
  • Your transformation history and style preferences
  • Face analysis data and recommendations
  • Remaining credits (unused credits will be forfeited)
  • Usage data and preferences
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Primary Method)

Follow these steps to delete your account directly from the app:

  1. Open the HairAI - AI Hair Studio app on your device
  2. Go to the Settings tab (bottom navigation, gear icon)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the settings page
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Read the warning explaining what will be deleted
  6. Tap "Delete" to confirm
  7. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately

Option 2: Email Request (Alternative Method)

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to: contact@aylantech.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - HairAI App"
  3. Include in your message:
    • Your registered email address
    • Your username
    • Reason for deletion (optional)
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you cannot recover your account, selfie photos, transformation history, or any associated data.
  • Unused credits will be forfeited. Any remaining credits in your account will be lost upon deletion and cannot be refunded.
  • Subscription cancellation does not delete your account. You must specifically request account deletion using one of the methods above.
  • If you have an active subscription, we recommend canceling it first in your device settings (App Store or Google Play), then delete your account to ensure no future charges.

Canceling Your Subscription

Before deleting your account, you may want to cancel your weekly unlimited pass subscription:

For iOS Users (App Store):

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select HairAI - AI Hair Studio
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android Users (Google Play):

  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select HairAI - AI Hair Studio
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions
