We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated transformations, including haircuts, coloring, or styling choices.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Aylan Apps or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, business interruption, or dissatisfaction with hairstyle results) arising out of the use or inability to use HairAI - AI Hair Studio.

8. Photo Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. We use your photos solely for the purpose of providing AI hair transformations. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI models. Original photos and generated images are stored securely and can be deleted at any time.

9. Content Reporting

In compliance with app store guidelines, HairAI - AI Hair Studio includes a content reporting system. Users can report AI-generated content that is inappropriate, offensive, unrealistic, or of poor quality. We review all reports and may remove content or take action against accounts that violate our terms.
