Data Storage and Security

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we'll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

All imported images and premium library content are stored locally on your device. Camera feeds are processed in real-time for the overlay feature and are never stored or transmitted to our servers. You have full control over your images and can delete them at any time.

Camera and Photo Library Access

Translucent requires camera access to provide the real-time transparent overlay feature. The camera feed is only used for live display purposes and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Photo library access is optional and only used when you choose to import your own images for tracing. We do not access or collect any photos without your explicit permission.

Premium Library

Our premium library contains 111+ professionally curated tracing images. When you purchase premium access:

• Payment is processed entirely through Apple's App Store
• We receive only confirmation of purchase, not your payment details
• Images are downloaded and stored locally on your device
• You receive lifetime access with a one-time purchase
• New images added to the library are available to all premium users

Third-Party Services

We use Apple's App Store for processing purchases. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information. We do not have access to your credit card or payment details.

We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law or with your explicit consent.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your imported images and premium library content
• Delete any or all images stored in the app
• Revoke camera and photo library permissions at any time
• Request information about your purchase history
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt-out of data collection for analytics purposes
• Refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services

Our app may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Our app is suitable for users of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the images you import and the artwork you create using our app. We do not claim ownership of your imported images or your artistic creations.

Premium library images are licensed to you for personal tracing and learning purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of the premium library content.
